The Qu-SB is an ultra-compact digital mixer that lets you mix from anywhere in the venue, offering a smart, portable solution for bands and performers. The system hardware is easily carried and includes A&H’s acclaimed suite of emulations and effects dynamics, making it an ideal replacement for an old analog mixer and a rack full of external effects.

The companion Qu-Pad app is an intuitive interface for setting up your show and mixing live from your iPad. It also includes the customizable Qu-Control app, which lets you choose only the essential controls you really need to have in view for easy access during the gig. Combine it with the Qu-You personal monitoring app for Android/iOS, and Qu-SB is a fantastic option if you mix your own monitors and want to achieve the same exceptional sound wherever you perform.

With all your settings saved and ready, plus multitrack recording and playback of past shows for virtual soundchecks, you’ll be ready to play in record time. In addition to the 18 built-in inputs and 14 outputs, Qu-SB offers future-proofing with plug-and-play expansion to up to 38 inputs/24 outputs via a family of remote AudioRacks.

Qu-SB is designed to integrate seamlessly with the Qu-Pad app for iPad, providing quick and easy access to all settings, including channel processing, meters and RTA views, effects racks, scene management, USB audio control, setup menus, and much more.
Preamps:
Qu-SB’s sixteen fully recoverable AnalogiQ preamps feature zero-crossing detection and an advanced 1dB step gain stage without attenuator, tightly integrated with the DSP for optimal gain accuracy and audio transparency. The analog signal is captured by high-end, low-latency 24-bit analog-to-digital converters, combined with high-quality 24-bit digital-to-analog converters to deliver the required outputs.
Effects:
Qu-SB’s effects dynamics and algorithms are derived from the effects used in the iLive Pro Touring series. Some of the world’s most prestigious audio engineers have chosen to use iLive effects on their tours instead of high-end plug-ins and external effects units. Qu-SB features four iLive stereo effects engines, including meticulously crafted emulations of legendary classic reverbs, gated reverbs, delays, modulators, flangers, and more.
Multitrack audio transmission
Qu’s integrated interface transmits multitrack audio to your Mac or PC via a flexible patching system: all input channels and the main LR can be recorded simultaneously, or you can record something different, such as effects returns or a couple of mixes.

The computer’s return signals can be assigned to the input channels. The interface is compatible with Mac OS X, and drivers are available for Windows systems. In any case, any DAW that supports ASIO or Core Audio, such as Logic, Cubase, Reaper, and Pro Tools, will recognize it immediately.
